Sing Sing x The English Whisky Icons of Singapore: The Arts House Edition Series 1
 
The Arts House Single Malt Cask Strength is a collaboration between Sing Sing Whisky and The English Whisky to tell the story of the culture, heritage and personalities that came together and contributed to the creation of our nation.
 
Meticulously aged in a marriage of virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks for 11 years, it offers a palate of big peppery spice, oak tones leading to sweet toffee, citrus, pepper and vanilla fudge with an undertone of brown sugar, pears and cherries. It ends with a rich, smooth and fine balanced finish.
 
Limited to 215 bottles, the 2023 release is a rare and coveted expression of artistry in whisky making.

Sing Sing x The English Whisky Icons of Singapore: The Capitol Edition Series 2
Introducing the second whisky in our icon of Singapore series celebrating Singapore’s rich heritage, specially launched for Whisky Journey 2024.
 
This exclusive expression draws inspiration from The Capitol Building, an enduring icon at the crossroads of North Bridge Road and Stamford Road. Once known as Namazie Mansions and later the Shaws Building, this neo-classical masterpiece made history with its air-conditioned theatre in the 1930s and was gazetted for preservation in 1983. Today, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel stands as a symbol of timeless elegance, housing luxury accommodations and world-class dining.
 
In collaboration with The English Distillery, we’ve crafted a limited-edition cask to honor this architectural gem.
 
A rich nose of plum, burnt toffee, and dark chocolate is complemented by hints of smouldering oak and stewed fruits. The bold palate features cherry, bitter chocolate, and burnt caramel, leading to a medium-long, dry finish with a whisper of smoke. Adding water reveals a delightful sweetness with notes of toffee, digestive biscuits, and red cherries.
 
This 2024 release, limited to just 247 bottles, is a rare and refined masterpiece. Bottled at 55% ABV in a 700ml format, it stands as a testament to the artistry of whisky making, weaving together flavors as intricate and rich as Singapore’s storied past.
